Stop adobe xd responsive resize hint9/26/2023 There were no Classes, IDs or anything because I didn’t take the time to name my objects in XD. I realized this when I just copied and pasted my code and saw the CSS was complete but wasn’t referencing ANYTHING. Naming objects and components is key so it can be referenced in CSS. It’s all a personal project so it’s “whenever I have time”. Granted, it’s outside of my usual design work so I don’t get to really focus on this. You can make a cool prototype but translating from concept to functioning code doesn’t seem too work well for me. I am completely frustrated at XD right now. The design work was always better than the code but I made it work. I used to “roll my own” and do both design and development. I did way more web work in the early to mid 2000’s and I’m getting back into doing more code recently. I would love to find more info from a more experienced XD user. No real responsive export there - it just simply duplicates all your artboards into different s and with the help of javascript - it just "display:none" the irrelevant ones (for example - if im on desktop - then "app-mobile" and "app-tablet" divs will be still on page, in terms of DOM, but will be 'display:none'd, which is quite a bad practice in terms of SEO and resources in general). I already tried 'Anima' app and the 'Web Export' plugin but both of them are doing quite a terrible job actually.
